We are seeking a motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers looking to gain experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support API and formulation manufacturing processes
- Assist with process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs
- Assist with change control, deviations, and CAPA activities
- Collaborate with QA, QC, Validation, and Production teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or related Engineering field
- 0-2 years of manufacturing experience (internships/co-ops accepted)
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exposure to process validation, quality systems, or regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts
- Internship or academic project experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing
