• 5-10 plus years experience
• Strong communication skills needed to work with Sr management and production team
• Able to Negotiate FOB prices with suppliers and comply with MOQ's and lead times. Place production orders and follow up on timely delivery status.
• Create, manage, and assume ownership of time and action calendars for each order and style. Assure timely delivery and approval of product, label and packaging samples.
• This person will Communicate timeline changes to management, sales, replenishment and design teams.
• Must Understand, coordinate and approve government, product and customer requirements, including labels, tickets, packaging, certifications, testing and quality control.
• Supervise overseas production team in the entry of item and order information into our ERP system (Envision.) A big plus if you have
• Track and coordinate samples and testing with factories and design teams to keep production on track for on-time deliveries. Elevate risk and collaborate on solutions.
• Calculate pricing needed to maintain desired profit margins. Track import cost variances.
• Able to Update design and production teams on status.
• Manage product image library.
