** What You'll Do*
* As a  
** Molding Machine Operator - Resin** , you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring resin molding equipment to produce high-quality components used in industrial filtration products and related applications.

Responsibilities include:

+ Set up, operate, and monitor resin molding machines according to production specifications

+ Load raw resin materials into equipment and maintain proper material flow

+ Inspect molded parts for quality, accuracy, and defects throughout the production process

+ Trim, finish, and package completed products as required

+ Record production counts, downtime, and quality information accurately

+ Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues

+ Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area using established housekeeping standards

+ Safely lift, move, and transport materials and finished products throughout the production area

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required

+ Experience operating molding or plastics processing equipment is a plus

+ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

+ Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

+ Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel or composite toe footwear
