Inspection Pay Rate Range: $16.00 – $17.50/hr (DOE)

A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
B Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Tekberry is seeking detail-oriented Coating Utility III – Inspection professionals to support manufacturing operations within a cleanroom production environment. This role is responsible for inspecting coated products, supporting production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently.

Position SummaryThe Coating Utility III – Inspection role supports manufacturing operations through visual inspection, material handling, production support, and quality-focused activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a quality mindset, and the ability to identify defects while working within established manufacturing and cleanroom procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform visual inspection of coated products and materials to identify defects and quality concerns
- Follow manufacturing work instructions, operating procedures, and quality standards
- Document inspection results and production information accurately
- Support material handling and production flow activities
- Maintain product traceability and accurate production records
- Assist with process monitoring and quality checks
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve product issues
- Maintain cleanroom standards and comply with PPE requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing, inspection, assembly, or production experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Cleanroom experience
- Quality inspection experience
- Optical manufacturing experience
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Electronics assembly or manufacturing experience
- Medical device manufacturing experience
- Cleanroom manufacturing environment
- PPE required, including safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, frocks, and facemasks
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Repetitive inspection and production activities
- Overtime may be required based on production demands
