** 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Shift: 1** :00 PM - 9:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

** Pay:*
* + $19.00-$21.00/hour (Based on experience)

+ Shift differential available for B Shift

** What You'll Do:*
* + Perform finishing operations on precision optical filters and components

+ Clean, inspect, and prepare products throughout the finishing process

+ Operate production equipment following established work instructions

+ Perform tasks such as edge blackening, UV printing, laser marking, and product identification

+ Process and package finished products for shipment

+ Identify and report quality concerns

+ Maintain accurate production records

+ Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

+ Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

* What We're Looking For:

* + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

+ High school diploma or GED preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

+ Basic computer skills

+ Ability to read and follow written work instructions

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

+ Ability to distinguish colors and visually inspect small components

+ Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
