Salary:
We offer competitive pay starting at $32.52 to $48.78. Actual salary will be determined based on skill and experience level.
Hours:
Night shift position on a 2/2/3 schedule of two days on then two days off then three days on. Then days on and off rotate the following week. This is a 12 hour shift.

- Operates the printer, trains and offers aid to other operators.
- Verifies proper setup of printer equipment...
- Inspects printers for quality defects in the manufacturing process.
- Performs label design changeover setups.
- Performs preventative maintenance assignments.
- Performs hourly quality control checks to ensure printer and related equipment is within specifications.
- Audits printer applications to ensure SOP specifications are met.
- Analyze spoilage, record causes and take corrective actions where applicable.
- Monitors equipment or processes and reports all problems to supervision.
- Follows all SOP operating procedures.
- Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
- Candidate must successfully pass a Crown Color/Hue test.
- A high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years working experience in a manufacturing setting (high-speed manufacturing is preferred).
- An Associates/technical degree is preferred or a related vocational/technical certification (journeyman card, technical license, etc.).
- Strong proven working experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting skills and equipment re-build expertise are required for these roles.
- Experience in using controls and settings on high-speed automated equipment.
- High competency in the use of micrometers, calipers and related equipment.
- Strong math and computer skills.
- This position also requires the individual to be able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics and parts specifications.
- Effective and proven communication skills working in a team environment.
