Packaging Operator II

Location: Yaphank

Description:

The Packaging Operator II is responsible for safely operating the packaging
 equipment to package in process products in accordance with the Packaging Order
 while following SOPs and Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance during operations.

Essential Functions:

* Checks and verifies product/outserts/label as per product specification in
    the batch record, work order and packaging records.
  
* Checks proper setting and operation of all the packaging equipment located in
    the packaging rooms.
  
* Responsible for ensuring the packaging line/room is clean, organized and
    ready for packaging operations.
  
* Performs packaging batch record documentation.
  
* Perform in-process checks during packaging operation and record the data in
    packaging batch record.
  
* Check calibration status of scales, balances, and equipment, and manage
    proper disposal of rejected products and packaging components in designated
    areas.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Performs other functions as required or assigned
  
* Complies with all company policies and standards.
  
* May monitor equipment performance.
