As a Production Floor Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing the daily activities on our production floor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating production activities to meet daily goals.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Monitoring equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Supporting team members to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Maintaining quality standards to ensure our products meet company expectations.

We’re seeking candidates who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to our team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with standing for long periods of time in a busy production environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and foster a positive work environment.
