Production QC/QA, Electronics Technician
We are seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Test Technician to join our team. This hands‑on position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with 3+ years of experience in fiber optic and electronic testing, troubleshooting, and quality control.
salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

- Test and troubleshoot fiber optic assemblies, cables, connectors, and electronic assemblies.
- Perform optical and electrical testing using appropriate test equipment and instrumentation.
- Diagnose failures and identify root causes of fiber optic and electronic issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Perform continuity, signal, power, and functional testing of electronic assemblies.
- Perform fiber optic testing, including optical loss and related performance measurements.
- Inspect fiber optic terminations, connectors, splices, and assemblies for quality and workmanship.
- Set up and operate test fixtures, meters, optical power meters, light sources, and other laboratory/test equipment.
- Document test results, defects, troubleshooting activities, and corrective actions accurately.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist with developing and improving test procedures and troubleshooting processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe test environment.
- Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
