Production Manager / Production Representative

A well-established apparel company with nearly 50 years of experience designing, sourcing, manufacturing, and supplying apparel to leading North American retailers. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our growing production team.

The Production Manager / Production Representative will oversee production from purchase order through final delivery. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with overseas factories and vendors, manages multiple timelines, and maintains accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage production from order placement through shipment
• Communicate with overseas factories and domestic vendors
• Track production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Review purchase orders, production updates, and shipping schedules
• Resolve production, quality, and delivery issues
• Coordinate with sales, design, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards
• Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners

• 3+ years of apparel production experience preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office
• Experience working with overseas factories
• Knowledge of apparel construction, sourcing, and manufacturing is a plus
