Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Lab Technician II to join their team. You will support manufacturing operations by operating process equipment and systems, maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines, and assisting with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities that will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$30.53/hour
What’s the Job?
- Execute production activities using process equipment, systems, and manufacturing operations knowledge.
- Support production teams with batch documentation, system transactions, and production metrics.
- Assist with troubleshooting, technology transfer, equipment start-up, and process improvement activities.
- Ensure production activities comply with SOPs, cGMP requirements, Pfizer policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Investigate batch discrepancies and manufacturing incidents while supporting CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
What’s Needed?
- BA/BS in Science or Engineering with any years of experience; OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of process equipment and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with technical documentation; pharmaceutical industry, Six Sigma, troubleshooting, or technology transfer experience is a plus.
