Fine Jewelry Production Specialist

Fine Jewelry Quality Control & Production Specialist is responsible for assisting in the production of fine jewelry through approved production, with a strong focus on design translation, technical execution, and longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Quality Oversight

• Ensure quality standards established during development are maintained in production
• Support escalation and resolution of complex production or quality issues
• Review production performance metrics and approve corrective actions
• Ensure alignment between product development decisions and production realities
• Ability to discover damaged stones
• Create purchase memos for new orders and components
• Create new shipments for orders being distributed to manufacturing
• Track incoming shipments and prioritize workload

Requirements

• 5+ years of fine jewelry manufacturing and quality assurance experience
• Deep expertise in fine jewelry construction, materials, and stone setting
• Proven experience using loop or microscope
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and google sheets
• Exceptional technical judgment, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• GIA GG or Graduate Diamonds a plus

Monday - Friday, 9:30am-6pm
