Baldwin Richardson Foods is seeking a Supervisor Production for the 3rd Shift in Macedon, NY. You will lead the production team, manage safety, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to meet cost, quality, and productivity targets.
The role requires a BS in Engineering or equivalent experience, with strong leadership and manufacturing knowledge. Shift is Monday–Friday, 12:00am–8:30am, on-site, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for 2nd/3rd shifts when hired.
