Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Dimar Manufacturing is seeking an Assembler to build precision metal components and assemblies for aerospace, defense, transportation, and industrial customers. In this hands-on role, you will read blueprints and work instructions, fit and assemble parts using hand and power tools, and verify dimensions and quality using basic measuring devices. You'll work closely with welding, machining, and quality teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions
• Assemble metal components and subassemblies to specifications using hand and power tools
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy, defects, and quality standards
• Measure, align, and fit parts using gauges, fixtures, and precision tools
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with welders, machinists, and quality inspectors to resolve issues
• Document production work, counts, and any nonconformances
• Support continuous improvement, 5
• S, and lean manufacturing activities
