Maman - Baker
Maman Commissary Kitchen is looking for a talented baker to join the Pastry Department.
Position:
Full time (40 hours) with hourly pay between $18 and $22 per hour.
- Produce pastries such as brownies, loaf cakes, oreos, tea cakes, travel cakes, and other items.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a baker in a high scale production environment.
- Ability to follow guidelines and recipes.
- Skill to scale, mix, shape, pipe and bake different items.
- Capacity to lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
- Organize tasks and station efficiently.
Five days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a break in between.
KitchenBrand new environment with ample space and adapted equipment.
