Shift Supervisor (Power Industry

Large, heavy industrial plant has an immediate for a Shift Supervisor to join theirteam. The successful will applicant will be charged with managing the staff and various maintenance activities within the plant during their assigned shift.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working in a heavy industrial facility.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience ofboilers, turbines and steam plant operations.
• Hands-on experience with HP steam boilers, electrical generation equipment is required for this role
• Ability to troubleshoot plant equipment issues when needed.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience within a heavy industrial environment
• Ability to mentor the maintenance team / strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills (will need to plan daily work rota for the hourly employees, ensure work tasks are completed in a timely manner, coordinate maintenance activities etc.)
• ASME certification holder or ability to obtain it within 6 months from date of hire.
• Position works with a Dupont Shift Schedule.
