As a Production Associate, you'll support multiple areas of plant operations, including food production, packaging, sanitation, and shipping. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Processing and packaging meat products according to company standards
• Assisting with dog food manufacturing and production operations
• Labeling, boxing, palletizing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Operating production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work spaces
• Following USDA, GMP, HACCP, and company food safety procedures
• Inspecting products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Loading and unloading materials and finished goods
• Supporting inventory, production flow, and warehouse organization
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, shipping, or meat processing environments preferred
• Ability to work in refrigerated or freezer environments
• Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required

This role works in a production and warehouse setting that may include:

• Refrigerated and freezer environments
• Wet or fast-paced production areas

• Required use of PPE including gloves, aprons, hairnets, and safety gear
