The Dinex Group LLC in New York City is seeking an Overnight Bread Baker with at least two years of bread baking experience for our Epicerie Boulud commissary. The role supports all bread production for Epicerie Boulud and our eight NY concepts.
Responsibilities include dividing, shaping, and baking dough, cleaning equipment, preparing ingredients, and packaging finished products. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overnight shifts; generous benefits and room for growth offered.
