What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:Risk-Based Equipment Assessment:
- Conduct an inspection of equipment and define remediate action to maintain equipment performance at target.
- Evaluate equipment condition based on potential business impact, including production loss, safety concerns, and operational disruptions.
- Inspect and maintain PM practices, ensuring consistency across multiple shifts and apply appropriate training as necessary to ensure maintenance efficiency.
- Train new mechanics and develop a plan for mechanics.
- Develop an annual PM module.
- Assess the criticality of spare parts required for maintenance and repairs.
- Consider factors such as lead time, cost, and impact on machine availability when determining optimal inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain a spare part inventory that balances availability with cost-effectiveness, minimizing downtime due to part shortages.
- Maintain appropriate inventory of auto test parts.
- Fabricate and check spare part before refilling inventory.
- Monitor downtime associated with auto-test failure and apply appropriate corrective actions (improvement of the part, improvement of auto test sequence, training, etc.).
- Mechanical experience and knowledge of industrial assembly equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the technical field on mechanical improvement.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for investigating details and identifying root causes proactively.
- Proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing preventive solutions.
- Use of computerized system, Microsoft Office package, PBI, Neptune ALM.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $34.41 to $46.41 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
