As our Operations Associate, you'll help drive the production process from raw materials through finished goods, partnering across suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to keep timelines on track and products moving seamlessly through production. This role reports to the Senior Director of Production.
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000/year
What You'll Do- Build and maintain the global production plan — batching, filling, and delivery dates that align with established timelines and cost targets
- Lead weekly production meetings with internal teams and contract manufacturers, and give the global Ops team weekly updates on high-priority POs
- Own our contract manufacturer relationships: POs, BOMs, Fill & Assembly instructions, SOP adherence, and actively mitigate risks to timelines
- Track raw material and component deliveries with the Logistics Manager, and source raw materials as needed
- Implement QA/QC standards, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions with CM Quality Teams
- Manage new product development timelines with contract manufacturers, coordinating formula tech transfers and key production milestones to support successful launches
- Ensure finished goods are delivered on time, in full, and within cost targets, while maintaining accurate production and inventory data across internal systems
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to come into NYC office 3 days/week (hybrid schedule)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, CPG, or beauty
- Working knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, lean principles, and factory production environments
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills utilizing advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to demonstrate skill in data analysis, inconsistencies /anomalies in routine data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate challenges, and drive results
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
