Quality Test Technician

Position Description Maintains high quality standards of finished product by monitoring quality procedures throughout the assembly process while providing leadership in commitment to a quality culture. Job Responsibilities Monitors the daily adherence to established quality standards and procedures and recommends changes. Oversees the daily auditing of finished products. Investigates root causes of assembly defects and initiates the corrective action process as required.

Works with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues discovered by customers. Performs other duties as assigned Job Skills Requirements Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment Ability to understand LEAN principles to perform job duties for continuous improvement Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Education High School diploma General Education Degree Experience Requirements 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment involved with final assembly Physical & Environmental Requirements Some physical demand;

often lifts light weight material. Rarely lifting/moving average weight (25-50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material. Generally good working conditions.
