Our client, a reputable bakery industry leader, is seeking a Kitchen Worker / Prep Cook that is bi-lingual in Spanishto join their dedicated team. As a Kitchen Worker / Prep Cook, you will be an essential part of the bakery operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Hopewell Junction, NY

$18.00/hr

7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime if required

• Prepare large batches of dough or batter by accurately measuring ingredients
• Operate industrial-sized mixers and related production machinery
• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and product consistency to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations
• Document ingredient usage, production processes, and critical control points for traceability and compliance

• Attention to detail for accurately following recipes and maintaining quality
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
• Mechanical aptitude for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mixers and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish to be considered for position
