Plant Manager

The Plant Manager at Heidelberg Materials leads all aspects of manufacturing and production for an industrial materials plant. This role owns safety, quality, and production performance while driving a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintenance, and inventory; implementing lean practices; and ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance. The Plant Manager develops and mentors team members, manages budgets and capital projects, and partners with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand and sustainability goals in a stable, safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets

• Oversee production planning, maintenance, and inventory control
• Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Manage, develop, and coach supervisors and plant staff
