Job Responsibilities
- Assist Plant Engineer/Director and President in all aspects of machine/facility maintenance and repair.
- Mature and experienced capability to Order and stock parts for both PM and repairs.
- Execution of all PM as required and respond to emergency breakdowns.
- Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics and flow charts for electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical diagnostics, installation and repairs.
- Familiarity with Flexographic slitting and laminating machinery a plus.
- Capability to run and organize basic machine shop.
- Ability to repair and fabricate some parts as needed.
- Mid to High level machine tool & preventative maintenance experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Understands basics of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and perform basic electronically, and mid to high level mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs
- A team player that is a highly disciplined, problem-solver with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with Flexographic slitting and laminating machinery a plus
- Minimum:
Associates Degree or equivalent Trade School training. - Able to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs and access locations from sub-floor to rooftop, crawl space to catwalk.
Hours:
minimum 40 per week. Facility open 2 shifts however most work M-F 8-4 Package to be negotiated with experience level.
