Production Team Member - Middlesex, NYFull Time
Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly
Production Team MemberStarting Wage: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you’ll support multiple areas of plant operations, including food production, packaging, sanitation, and shipping. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Processing and packaging meat products according to company standards
- Assisting with dog food manufacturing and production operations
- Labeling, boxing, palletizing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Operating production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work spaces
- Following USDA, GMP, HACCP, and company food safety procedures
- Inspecting products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Loading and unloading materials and finished goods
- Supporting inventory, production flow, and warehouse organization
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse, shipping, or meat processing environments preferred
- Ability to work in refrigerated or freezer environments
- Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required
This role works in a production and warehouse setting that may include:
- Refrigerated and freezer environments
- Wet or fast-paced production areas
- Exposure to food manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Required use of PPE including gloves, aprons, hairnets, and safety gear
