We're looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to set up and operate CNC press brakes in a custom manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands sheet metal fabrication, can interpret engineering drawings, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes to manufacture precision sheet metal components
• Navigate, select, and adjust existing machine programs as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
• Verify dimensions and inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Understand and apply bend allowances, bend deductions, and bend calculations
• Operate fabrication equipment including presses, drills, shears, saws, and related machinery
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• 2-3+ years of CNC press brake operating experience
• Experience setting up and running press brakes in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of bend allowances, bend deductions, and inside/outside bend dimensions
• Ability to use measuring tools and verify parts to specification
• Experience navigating CNC controls and editing existing programs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

This is a Permanent position based out of Sanborn, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
