Novax Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor in New York, USA to lead a busy heavy fabrication operation across fabrication, fitting, welding and assembly. You will drive daily targets while upholding safety, quality and output standards.
The role requires hands-on shop-floor leadership with experience in structural steel fabrication, coordinating workload and coaching teams to resolve production issues. This is a day-to-day leadership position within a growing facility.
