Job Description Machine Operator / Packager

Location:

LaFayette, NY
Pay: $20.75/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential for hours worked between 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Schedule:

6:00 AM–6:30 PM | Rotating 2-week schedule | Every other weekend

Kelly® is hiring Machine Operator/Packagers for a leading dairy manufacturing company in LaFayette, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, paid training, and long-term career potential.

• Operate, set up, and clean production and packaging equipment
• Monitor product quality and complete production paperwork
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and clear jams
• Follow safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
• Keep your work area clean and support production as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work the rotating schedule, including every other weekend
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Starting pay of $20.75/hour
• Additional $1.50/hour shift differential for eligible hours
