As Production Manager
, you will lead the execution of EnVogue's global manufacturing operations, ensuring products move seamlessly from development through final delivery. This highly collaborative role partners closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and international manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

You will oversee production planning, vendor performance, quality standards, and manufacturing execution while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize costs, and support the continued growth of our business.

• Manage high-volume production programs from purchase order placement through final shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with international factories and vendors to support production capacity, quality, and long-term business growth.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and manufacturing terms while identifying opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee the approval process for PP (Pre-Production), TOP (Top of Production), and production samples to ensure products meet quality, construction, and brand standards.
• Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and factory performance to proactively identify risks and implement solutions.
• Resolve production, sourcing, logistics, quality, and supply chain challenges while minimizing disruptions to customer deliveries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales to support successful product launches and customer commitments.
• Ensure compliance with product testing, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications.
• Analyze production performance and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance execution.

• 5+ years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing within home décor, home textiles, consumer products, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of global manufacturing, textile construction, sourcing practices, production planning, and factory operations.
• Experience managing overseas factories, vendors, and manufacturing partners throughout the production lifecycle.
• Knowledge of product testing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and international manufacturing standards.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
