A large international food brand is hiring for their 3rd shift operations for a Production Manager.
As the 3rd Shift Production Manager, you’ll help lead daily manufacturing operations during the overnight shift, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, solving problems, and making sure production runs safely, and efficiently. This is a full time permanent opportunity

Responsibilities
- Lead and support production activities during the 3rd shift to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer requirements are consistently met.
- Provide hands-on leadership and direction to production employees and team leaders.
- Establish clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Promote a culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and accountable for their work.
- Monitor production schedules, staffing, equipment performance, and workflow to identify and address issues quickly.
- Partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with Quality to ensure products meet Tate’s and Mondelēz quality and food-safety standards.
- Ensure employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food-safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Investigate production issues and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Track key performance indicators and communicate shift results, challenges, and opportunities to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
