Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to support the assembly and testing of precision electro-mechanical products. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, soldering experience, and attention to detail to ensure products are built to quality and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements.
• Perform functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards.
• Utilize hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high-accuracy builds.
• Perform soldering of components and wiring as required.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in soldering and small-parts assembly.
• Proficiency using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively contribute within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership mindset with a commitment to quality and productivity.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work with small components requiring fine motor skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, and engineering documentation.
• Experience performing product inspections and functional testing.
