Our client, a leading bakery and food production company, is seeking a Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate (Spanish/English) Needed to join their team. As a Bilingual Food Production Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing and warehouse support team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Prepare large batches of dough or batter by accurately measuring ingredients
• Operate industrial mixers and related production machinery ensuring proper functioning
• Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and product consistency to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following all food safety regulations
• Document ingredient usage, production processes, and quality checks for traceability

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• At least 1 year of experience in food handling, machine operation, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting production equipment
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
