Manufacturing ​/ Production Assistant, Production QC​/QA

Pro Ampac is seeking an Assistant to support our manufacturing team delivering innovative, sustainable flexible packaging. In this on-site role, you'll help coordinate daily production activities, maintain quality and safety documentation, and support inventory and materials flow for films, pouches, and bags. You'll enter production data, prepare basic reports, and assist communication between operations, maintenance, and quality teams. Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, documentation, and material tracking
• Assist production supervisors with coordinating workflows and prioritizing work orders
• Prepare and maintain records for quality checks, safety logs, and production reports
• Help organize inventory, packaging materials, and supplies to support packaging lines
• Coordinate communication between production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Assist with data entry in ERP or production systems and generate basic reports
• Support implementation of safety and 5
• S initiatives on the production floor
• Help track KPIs such as output, scrap, and downtime to support continuous improvement
• Assist with training logistics and onboarding materials for new team members
• Provide general administrative support to plant leadership as needed
