Production Team Member

Pro Ampac is seeking a Production Team Member for our paper machine operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor paper machine equipment to safely produce high-quality flexible packaging materials. Responsibilities include performing set-ups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting; inspecting materials and finished product; recording production and quality data; and assisting with changeovers and material handling. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, collaborating with team members to solve problems and support continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability across our global packaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor paper machine equipment to meet production targets and quality standards
• Perform set-ups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting on production machinery
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and environmental procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately and on time
• Assist with changeovers, material handling, and staging of raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborate with maintenance and team members to resolve equipment and process issues
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5
• S, and lean manufacturing activities
• Support training of new team members on equipment operation and safety practices
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates across shifts to ensure smooth operations
