We are seeking a skilled Driveshaft Machinist & Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will manufacture, modify, repair, and balance custom driveshafts and drivetrain components for a wide range of applications, including high-performance automotive, industrial machinery, and heavy equipment.
If you enjoy working with your hands, precision machining, and taking custom metal fabrication projects from raw tubing to a finished, dynamically balanced product, this role is for you.
salary: $41,600 - $62,400 per year

- Machining & Metalworking: Cut, bend, saw, measure, and prepare steel, aluminum, and chrome tubing to precise specifications.
- Welding: Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and custom alloys to assemble driveshafts, yokes, and related drivetrain components.
- Precision Fitting & Prep: Inspect raw materials and components for runout and fitment; prep joints and surfaces for optimal weld strength and balance.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate metal-cutting saws, lathes, drills, presses, measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators), and dynamic balancing equipment.
- Modification & Repair: Shorten, lengthen, re-tube, or replace yokes and ends on existing driveshafts according to custom build orders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all builds maintain strict tolerances, runout specifications, and structural integrity.
The essential functions of this role include:
