About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our project-based machine shop supporting Department of Defense (DoD) contracts
. If you thrive in a low-volume, high-precision environment and want to contribute to national security efforts, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (G-code/Conversational).
Manufacture complex parts to precise tolerances.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specs.
Conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to improve processes.
Document work and maintain compliance with DoD and internal standards.
Work with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium.

Requirements What We’re Looking For Must-Haves

2+ years of CNC machining experience in a job or project shop.
Proficient with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens preferred).
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or MIL-SPEC quality standards.
Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T.
U.S. Citizenship (required for DoD projects).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machines.
Programming experience
Prior work in defense or aerospace manufacturing.
Active security clearance.
