Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Sanitation team member to keep our commercial bakery clean, safe, and food-ready. In this on-site role, you will clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas to meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will follow sanitation schedules, handle cleaning chemicals safely, complete documentation, and support start-up and shutdown cleaning. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas to food safety standards
• Follow sanitation schedules and standard operating procedures for bakery operations
• Handle and mix cleaning chemicals safely and according to guidelines
• Inspect equipment and facilities for cleanliness and report issues or needed repairs
• Remove waste and recyclable materials and maintain organized, clutter-free spaces
• Complete sanitation logs and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime during cleaning
• Follow all safety, GMP, and OSHA guidelines, including use of PPESupport start-up and shutdown cleaning for production lines
• Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives
