Join Versa Group, a New York–based apparel company specializing in branded and private-label men’s clothing. We are seeking a full-time Technical Design Assistant to support garment development from initial specifications through production. Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year
.
- Prepare and update technical packages.
- Measure samples and review specifications.
- Assist with fittings and fit comments.
- Track samples and production approvals.
- Communicate with factories and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Technical Design.
- 2+ years of apparel industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Excel.
- Understanding of measurements and grading.
- Experience with PLM systems.
- Knowledge of pattern making and fit.
- Experience with men’s apparel.
