Ohserase Manufacturing is looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our production team. This role typically works Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

As a Laborer, this position involves a great deal of attention to the products being manufactured. The Laborer assists Operators with daily production output in line with production goals, gathers raw materials needed for manufacturing, assists with equipment operation and support, and helps with preventative maintenance. • Ensure the daily output efficiency of each manufacturing line performs to or exceeds the daily production goal.
• Work with the Operator to maintain all raw materials needed for production.
• Cross-train and assist the Operator with manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Assist with monthly and yearly preventative maintenance schedules on all manufacturing equipment.
• Assist Operators, Mechanics, Maintenance Managers, and vendors with maintenance and training needs.
• Support quality control, quality assurance, and defect checks.
• Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Report mechanical issues to the Operator or Mechanic.
• Assist with pipe tobacco production as schedule demands.

• Average output efficiency performs to or exceeds the daily production goal.
• Healthy team relationships are maintained with Mechanics, Operators, and the Maintenance Manager.
• Information provided to the Maintenance Manager is accurate.
• Customer complaints and quality defects are maintained in the internal checks system.
• Daily start-up and end-day cleanings are completed.
• Monthly and yearly preventative maintenance needs are supported.
