Apparel Production Manager
Ealytex Global Inc. is an apparel manufacturing and importing company. We are looking for an Apparel Production Manager to join our fast-growing business.
Responsibilities Product Development- Able to analyze fashion trend and recommend fabric collections to customers.
- Forsee potential quality issues during development stage to avoid production issues.
- Manage seasonable cost sheets, seeking ways to hit target from customers while maintaining our marginal goal.
- Partner with customers and our internal team for cost saving options.
- Analyze costing data and maintaining costing histories and continue to look for strategies to improve the margin.
- Responsible for full apparel production process from product development to production and ensure delivery on track.
- Monitor WIP, identify risks, communicate with oversea office and customers to resolve the potential issue.
- Follow up factory compliance status with factories and customers.
- Maintain accurate production records, order information, and production tracking reports.
Job Type: Full-Time. Salary: $75,000-$95,000 a year.
Education- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Apparel).
- 5-10 years of work experience in apparel production or garment industry is a must.
- Have proficient knowledge in garment construction, knit / woven fabric contents and construction.
- Have experience in managing product development/costing/vendor negotiations.
- Have strong analytic skills and organization with excellent attention to details.
- Manage customer accounts independently.
