Job Overview: We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented team members to join a manufacturing operation in Hopewell Junction, NY. Employees will be cross-trained in multiple areas, including product preparation, sharpening, packaging, and quality support. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are interested in developing manufacturing and machine operation skills.

• Sort and prepare products for processing
• Unpack returned items for refurbishment and sharpening
• Operate equipment used for sharpening, grinding, honing, buffing, cleaning, and finishing products
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the process
• Package finished products for shipment to customers
• Clean and maintain machinery according to company procedures
• Assist with machine calibration and routine maintenance tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Support production needs and other duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working with machinery and hand-operated equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn multiple roles through cross-training
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
