We are seeking a Concrete Production Supervisor to oversee daily concrete production activities at an onsite portable concrete plant supporting a major construction project. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading plant operators, loader operators, and ground laborers to meet customer and project requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead daily concrete production activities to safely meet quality, volume, and delivery targets.
- Supervise and coordinate plant operators, loader operators, and ground laborers to optimize plant performance.
- Monitor concrete quality, production efficiency, and plant operations while addressing issues proactively.
- Enforce safety procedures, environmental requirements, and operational standards across the site.
- Collaborate with project leadership, quality control personnel, and logistics teams to support customer and contract commitments.
- Minimum of 5 years of concrete production experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Minimum of 3 years of portable concrete plant operations experience supporting construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete batching processes, portable plant operations, material handling, equipment utilization, and production scheduling.
- Project management experience with the ability to coordinate production activities and meet project requirements.
- Proven capability to motivate teams, promote safe work practices, and achieve operational goals.
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with attention to quality and detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions.
- Role operates primarily in environments where conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, dust, and elevated noise levels.
- Work is performed at a temporary or portable concrete plant supporting a major construction project and may require extended hours to meet production demands.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $106,200 - $123,096 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
