Inventory Control and Data Entry Coordinator

The Inventory Control and Data Entry Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting efficient manufacturing operations. This position helps maintain reliable inventory records by accurately processing transactions, conducting audits, and investigating discrepancies. Accurate inventory data is essential for effective production planning, purchasing decisions, warehouse management, and on-time customer shipments.

By providing timely and precise data entry, the role helps prevent inventory errors that can lead to production delays, material shortages, excess inventory, and increased operating costs. The position also supports cross-functional teams, including Production, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Warehouse operations, by delivering accurate inventory information and reporting needed for day-to-day decision-making.

Additionally, the Inventory Control and Data Entry Coordinator strengthens operational efficiency, inventory accountability, and compliance with company safety and quality standards, helping ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
