** Pay:**  $19-$23/hour, based on experience

* Schedule:

** Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

** Overtime:
** Potential OT available

** Job Type:
** Temp-to-hire for the right candidate

** What You'll Do*
* + Operate and set up various machines used in production and fabrication.

+ Set up and operate a knee mill/Bridgeport machine.

+ Read and work from engineering drawings and blueprints.

+ Assist with welding, drilling, assembly, and fabrication projects.

+ Create and use basic tools, fixtures, and jigs to help with production.

+ Operate equipment such as presses, punches, and dies.

+ Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality and improve processes.

+ Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and make adjustments as needed.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous experience in  
** machine operation, metal fabrication, manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on field
** preferred.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

+ Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.

+

Experience with a Bridgeport/knee mill is a plus, but  
** not required if you have related mechanical or machine experience.*
* + AutoCAD experience is a plus, but not required.

+ Reliable, hardworking, and dependable.

+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
