Sourcing Manager

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

A mass-market apparel company is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and production for its Children's Apparel line, from initial development through bulk production. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and global vendor partners to ensure quality, cost, and delivery goals are consistently met, making it a key driver of the company's product pipeline.

• Manage vendor relationships and support the sourcing strategy across apparel categories
• Partner with Product Development, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production capacity with overseas factories
• Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery and resolve sourcing or production issues
• Evaluate factory performance and support continuous improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, sourcing opportunities, and global manufacturing capabilities
• Ensure products meet quality standards and company compliance requirements

• 8+ years of sourcing experience in the apparel industry
• Must have experience working directly with Walmart and/or Childrenswear
• Experience sourcing apparel for mass market retailers
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain processes
  
  Experience working with overseas factories and vendor partners
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
