A well-established Men’s, Boys’, and Girls’ apparel company based in New York City is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the apparel production process.
This individual will work closely with our production team, overseas factories, and internal departments to help ensure all orders remain on schedule and meet company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with overseas factories on production status and timelines
- Track samples, lab dips, trims, and approvals
- Update and maintain WIP reports
- Monitor production schedules and delivery dates
- Communicate shipment and delivery updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Proactively follow up on outstanding items to help keep production on schedule
- Previous apparel production experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Dependable, proactive, and able to follow through on deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced apparel environment
This is a full-time, in-office position in New York City with immediate availability.
