1st Shift: 6:30 AM until completion.

Full-time.

A global recycling company is hiring Sorting & Processing Associates to help separate and process recyclable materials in a fast-paced facility environment. This is hands-on work that requires strong reliability, comfort working around odors, and the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods..

• Separate and sort recyclable items (including plastic and glass bottles) from debris.
• Learn how to identify and classify materials correctly based on product type.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, sweeping, shoveling, and maneuvering materials (under 40 lbs.).
• Stand for up to 4 hours at a time, based on shift and break rotations.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE at all times (hard hat, gloves, sturdy work boots).

• High tolerance for odors/smell and comfort working around garbage/recycling materials.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting, bending, sweeping/shoveling).
• Ability to work in environments exposed to odors and hot/cold temperatures.
• Team-player mindset and dependable attendance.
