An exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Beef Boning Room Supervisor on the PM shift has arisen at our Brooklyn Plant. Working 'hands-on', providing support, leadership, and mentoring to the Beef team, you will implement initiatives to improve our high standards of safety, quality and animal welfare.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the boning room to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Assist the Beef Shift Manager in coordinating and managing shift activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
Train, mentor, and supervise team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to production and employee performance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

You’ll bring to the table;

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the beef or meat processing industry.
Strong knowledge of boning room operations.
