Role Summary

We're looking for an experienced Production Leader who has successfully led complex manufacturing operations and knows how to deliver results. You'll bring a proven ability to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and build high-performing teams while maintaining uncompromising standards for safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations across printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch-making, ensuring targets for safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance are achieved.
• Develop, coach, and manage Production Department Leaders through performance management, goal setting, and employee development.
• Oversee production efficiency, capacity utilization, quality, and on-time delivery while collaborating closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Procurement.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Support the integration and alignment of a second production site, including the harmonization of processes and operational standards and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while promoting a strong performance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial production, preferably in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and management levels.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of production cost management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

• We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 64,000 gross/year, with willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
