• Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication or assembly processes and equipment.
• Excellent management and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
